About Samagra
Samagra is a centre and movement in foothills of the Himalayas, based in Dehradun, the capital city of Uttarakhand – India.
Samagra means ‘Wholeness First’. It also means ‘Integrated’ and ‘Inclusive’.
For Samagra, existence is sacred and can be approached and experienced by "Karma" Yoga (action or work), "Bhakti" Yoga (devotion and music) and "Gian" Yoga (self-inquiry and dialogue). Integration of all three is the path of Naturality or "Sahajata" on which a person walks according to one’s own nature with ease and harmony.
